Get rid of AI
I do not need AI violating the privacy of my Inbox. After having this email address since 1992 or so, I'm thinking it would be a GREAT idea not to pay Yahoo anymore. What do you think?!

Fix block domain please.
In Mail Plus the block domain feature does not seem to be working. I have blocked the domain 'online.de' but I'm still getting spam from it.

New Yahoo! Mail absolutely sucks
Allow us to switch back to something we can use. The new mail looks like it was designed for children 5-6 years old and makes it very hard to use while also being too easy to miss important info, like who is included in the mail chain.

New Yahoo Email design looks like generic garbage
Why are you changing the look of yahoo email without giving options for design?
The new look is basic and boring and there is not even an option to change the color.This is like when some idiot decided it was a good idea to change Coke to a new formula.

Your redesigned email...WHY???
At the top of my screen I just saw, "We redesigned it from the feedback from our customers." Before you didn't allow us to read other's feedback, I used to read all of it....b/c I learned so much about the functionality of the site. NO ONE EVER asked you to redesign the site. EVER! They just asked you to eliminate the bugs (which you rarely do) and add in more functionality (which you rarely do). Now.....you shove something down our throats that we DO NOT WANT! • Believe it when I mark something as spam
• Yahoo Mail Pro needs a new algorithm for marking spam.I tag something as spam but you keep sending it to me anyway and at the same time you place emails that are in my addrIess book as spam. Very Tired of this and is enough to make me quit Yahoo. PLEASE FIX IT.

I would like a connector between Yahoo Mail Plus and META MUSE
I was using Chat GPT, but now using META MUSE as my personal virtual assistant. It can sort through my Gmail, a secondary email account with out any problem. Right now, there does not seem to be a way for MUSE to connect to my Yahoo Mail account, to review, delete or send Yahoo Mail. Right now, I have to forward all my Yahoo Mail to my Gmail account, which isn't really a proper way to manage my primary email account of many years. Can we create this as a Plus feature?

Need ability to block spam email addresses with wildcards
It is extremely annoying that there is no option to block email addresses using wildcards, like outlet. which are clearly spam. I spend so much time reviewing and blocking individual email addresses, that it's truly time to look for another email provider with more flexibility.

No "New Yahoo"
I keep getting notifications to "try New Yahoo". I can't stand the "new" Yahoo!
"If it ain't broke, don't fix it" applies to this situation.
You finally developed a decent interface and then you went and trashed it !!!

Provide WAY MORE blocked email address capbility for Plus accounts
Blocking for only 1,000 mail addresses is grossly insufficient, especially for Plus accounts. It's bad enough that spam messages are often not caught, but there needs to be an exponentially larger capacity to block these never ending messages.

I love the new view selection with the photos , add items, a bulk delete option, and a download to xxxxx. and it will be perfect

Yahoo mail freeze ups
In the last few weeks my Yahoo email has frozen after just a few mouse clicks.
I hit the refresh button and the issue disappears, until the next time.
Anyone else have this issue?

Yahoo for Android - fail.
I had to get on the laptop to send this. Yahoo for Android is a disaster. I wrote a reply and then when I tried to attach a photo I lost my typing - no draft backup. I wrote again tried to attach a file - there was no way. When I wrote it from scratch I could get to the photos - but they were so small there was no way to know what I was selecting and I could not find a way to enlarge them.
I guess you just went AI. It is stupid.

9/9/26 I upgraded my yahoo mail app and lost all the mail in my inbox
What the heck happened? I have a free and a subscription to Yahoo and all my existing inbox messages disappeared. On all my devices. I checked my iphone and ipad with the same result. Came to my laptop and the messages were in a cache then disappeared as the app updated. I have no filters applied. I am not happy.
