    YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO BLOCK PEOPLE THAT CHANGE THEIR IP ADDRESS TO GET IN YOUR YAHOO PAYING ACCOUNT. I DO NOT WANT THEM TO TRASH, I WANT THEM TO SPAM. EVEN IF THEY ARE IN THE TRASH, THEY CAN SPY ON YOUR EMAILS. SPAM, SPAM PLEASE FIX. YOU ARE TOO HIGH TECH TO NOT KNOW HOW TO DO THIS.

  3. Duplicate Contacts.

    It would be nice to have an apparent, readily available option to search for and consolidate duplicate Contacts. I have some duplicates but the Hamburger Options"..." does not even include DELETE let alone Consolidate.

  4. Give me my old account back

    For 8 years now I have tried getting back into my old email. But nothing, I now have a phone now. But they aren't giving me the option to put in a number for me to get my account back. Last time I talked to support staff they said my account was permanently locked. WHICH IS VERY UNCALLED FOR YOU ******** AT YAHOO. So unlock my old email now. really stupid I had to make a whole new account.

    My emails are all going to Trash Box. No longer receiving emails to inbox since May 24, 2023 Fix, it if I need to pay more then I will. do i need to change or update payment method

  8. Emails have lost their formatting

    For some reason, I can no longer have paragraphs in my outgoing mail. Instead, it is just one long message without separation. Is there a reconfiguration change or a fix?

  9. Please do not deliver emails which do not incude a sender email address

    This is something new in my experience - the delivery of an email without a sender's email address. In fact four of them all from the same sources at almost the same time.
    Surely something that fundamentally flawed should never pass authentication? (But I'm only the dum customer so wot would I kno?)

  11. Apparently yahoo mail is totally ignoring complaints and suggestions. Why even ask for feedback? YOU SUCK YAHOO!!

    Why ask for feedback about how you can improve when clearly nothing has been done about anything. Spam is probably the biggest complaint and it is ridiculous that no improvements have been made in just that area. Not to mention the request for more theme options, font styles, sizes and colors. These seem to be reasonable requests that should be somewhat simple to offer. Does anyone read these posts, does anyone really work for yahoo or are they robots with limited functionality? Unbelievable you think this service is worth $5 a month.

  12. Allow customizable background, fonts, etc.

    I would like to be able to choose my own background, fonts, font color, and be able to highlight, underline and choose font size.

  13. Email performance on Mac is atrocious

    The webmail on Mac is atrocious. Does not load properly, attachments dont open properly. Have to constantly refresh and reload the site on macbooks

  16. Stop putting copies of calendar reminders into SENT ITEMS. Or make it optional.

    SENT ITEMS fills up unnecessarily with reminders from ME to ME.

  17. By actually having people to help. My Yahoo Mail Plus isn't working and keeps defaulting to the old regular mail. But you take our money.

  18. Please add an option to add images on the Signature settting. That way people can use there actual signatures when writing an email

    Gmail has this option and if were paying for premium, i believe it should be an option

  20. GET RID OF THE AUTO STARRED & UNREAD FILTERS. You have completely screwed up how I use my email and made it now longer reliable.

    Reset my INBOX to what it was before you automatically applied the STARRED and UNREAD FILTERS and REMOVE THOSE FILTERS.
