Change to the four tab format
You changed Yahoo to a new format where there were 4 tabs. One priority, one shopping, one media, and one miscellaneous. Then you changed back to the old format where everything is all in one column. It is much more difficult to find the important emails this way. Change back to the other format.

Keep basic mail UI
The new Yahoo Mail UI is atrocious - the keyboard shortcuts are harder to use, there's a lot of junk on the screen we don't need to see, including the AI interpreter. It's also really difficult to create filters on the fly, which is fine because you can't keep all of your folders open anyway!
Please keep the basic mail UI as an option for those of us who have had our accounts for almost 30 years now. We don't want the new UI.

Sorting Email by Priority, Offers, etc
I had this feature for months and all of a sudden it is gone and I am very upset about it. Why has this happened? How can it be fixed.

He perdido muchas horas intentando agregar una imagen a la firma por todos los medios sugeridos, copiando directo de mis imágenes o a través de subirlas en línea. Al intentar pegarlas, no sucede nada! Tengo Yahoo Mail PAGADO desde 2005 y la verdad deja mucho que desear. Si no es porque mi correo ya es popular y tendría que cambiarlo, además de tener mis archivos ya organizados y abundantes, ya lo hubiera dejado desde hace mucho tiempo. Keep Classic Yahoo Mail and Remove Upgrade Reminder
Thank you for bringing back the option to use the old Yahoo Mail. It’s greatly appreciated. Please consider also removing the persistent reminder to upgrade, as it takes up a large portion of the top of the screen and disrupts the user experience. Classic Yahoo Mail is excellent just as it is, and I hope you will keep it available as a permanent option.

make "unread" a default option for inbox order
Allow "unread" to be selected as the default inbox order instead of sorted and grouped by date.

Thursday 1/30: Haven't been able to edit a contact in 24 hours
This is a regular occurrence. 5 to 10 times a year, I try to edit a contact.......for day after day.......it finally updates. Why? Isn't this basic to email? Please help us.

Drafts not being saved!
On my Yahoo Mail phone app, if I write several paragraphs and then save it to DRAFTS, it all disappears when I come back to it later! This is also happening sporadically on my home computer version. I write pages of words and they aren't being saved! What is going on?

INBOX: Display ALL of my unread emails, even the ones from Mar 21 thru Mar 27, without having to specify Mar 27
Suddenly, my Inbox displays all my emails BEFORE 3/19/25 and AFTER 3/28/25 ... but NOTHING between those two dates; that is emails sent on 3/19/25 through 3/27/25. The hidden emails still exist, but are not displayed in chronological order, like the other emails. I can display them with a special request but they are NOT shown in my mailbox WITHOUT setting up a special display for them. WHY? PLEASE FIX IT! And thanks so much! I'm looking forward to having it fixed!

I can't believe you got rid of the stationery. I use it everyday and that is exactly why I use Yahoo over Gmail. It set you apart.
I would like to have the stationery back. That's why I use my Yahoo email over my Gmail account.

Stop pushing Pro. Just stop it.
I like Yahoo email the way it is. This Pro offers nothing useful, and looks way too much like that near-useless gmail layout. If we select to not use it, LEAVE US ALONE.
