Dump it
- I want to have multiple email addresses available instantly. For I have many accounts.
- I want to see my folders. It is easier to manage when you have multiple accounts.
- I want a living screen. Not a white blank wall of white.
- I like the move folder over everything.
- I like archive.
- I like spam.
- Though adding Fraud would be good for sending this to whomever. Because the spam is often out-and-out fraud.
This is with seeing that white obscenity for a minute.

Interface changes
There is no reason to change the interface. Ever.
I use Yahoo mail everyday for business. I have an established work flow that I've been using for years. Changing the interface, just for the sake of change, is like leaving your house for work, and when you come back, someone has replace your house with a completely different one. It still performs the exact same functions, except nothing is where you expect it to be. Please leave it alone, or make it VERY apparent where the old interface is. do not force me to switch to the new mail
Today you switched me to the new mail WITHOUT ASKING.

my emails are not syncing between my computer and my app
I am spending far too much time sorting and deleting emails that I have already put in a file folder or deleted but they reappear in my phone Yahoo Mail app after I have dealt with them on Chrome on my computer (or vice versa). It is annoying and exhausting.

Return Save As Window for Saving Attachments!
When clicking on the Download button for any attachment, Yahoo previously launched the Save As window. Now it automatically puts selected attachments in the Downloads folder! I HATE THIS! Why are you taking away convenient stuff like this? I NEVER use the Downloads folder. For those of us who are organized, we put things into folders under Documents, plus the Save As window enables us to rename the attachment so we know clearly what it is. The Downloads folder is for ppl who don't organize stuff.

My Yahoo Mail Pro is not filtering my Spam mail.
I have clicking on hundreds and hundreds of emails sending them to the SPAM folder and the same SPAM emails keep showing up in my INBOX. Can you please have someone contact me that can fix this.

Give Users Back Useful Features that You Took Away!
Yahoo took away the ability to specify WHERE we want to save/download attachments! This is yet one more daily irritant.
Yahoo stripped out info in our email indicating TO, FROM, CC, and BCC, which is crucial for many reasons to have.
Then they waste space in the Inbox screen by putting in lines indicating days--I do NOT want this junking up my Inbox!
Now Yahoo puts all attachments in the useless Downloads folder! Stop making life harder and harder and ever more irritating!

Filters
New Filters be placed at the top rather than the bottom of the list, so its easy to go find and move around.

Boxes which selects all
Hi there, you have this feature in the mobile app. I liked the fact that there's a small box in each section, ie today, yesterday, last month. It's just easier to go through and delete mail that way. I don't see it present on the website version and it would be great to manage mail that way. Also love the tabs of having offers, all etc just like in the app. This doesn't drown out important mail from ads and offers and missing out on those. Thanks in advance.

Allow sort by message size
Need to sort by size of message to delete the ones with large attachments. Gmail does that.

Outdated info in FAQ
I pay $5 a month for yahoo mail+ with 200 GB storage. I received an email that I have gone over my storage. But when I checked my storage via Settings > More Settings and on my lower left hand corner, it said "19.6 Gb". Where is the 200 Gb that I have?

Show the data usage / "Dashboard" like you just said you do!
You just wrote saying there's a new dashboard that shows my current usage. I've spent the last half hour looking for this wonderful dashboard, or ANY indicator ANYWHERE that shows my current usage, and I cannot find it. Thanks for wasting my time! Now if you'd please tell me where the heck it is, I'd sure appreciate it!

Complaint About New Storage Hard Sale Approach
I received an email today that you storage limits will now cost $. I have no problem with that. However, it is now nearly impossible to tell what my current limit is. You do state that it's 200 GB, but it's in my email. No where else is it stated. The only other place is on the storage FAQ page, where you state that Yahoo+ emails can have up to 1.2 TB of storage: 1 TB they can buy, and the 200 GB that comes with Yahoo+. But it's no place else.

Stop lying about storage use to sell more storage
My account reportedly uses nearly 27G of storage. Yahoo just sent me email falsely claiming that the storage had "already" exceeded some unheard-of 200G limit, threatening to disrupt the service if I didn't pay more money to yahoo within 30 days.
This is extortion. Yahoo has 30 days to retract the threat or face legal action.
