If there is a response to a message ... show AT LEAST two consecutive messages before creating a thread. This will allow the recipient to avoid a thread ... and start a new message. Otherwise, provide each person with the ability to AVOID all thread emails. Dr. K

OK, 20 years of contact lists are gone.
I imagine I had over 100.
So I'm sending out an email to my clients, and no lists.
Please please restore them!!! I beg you!

Don't classify political emails as spam
You routinely classify political emails as spam. You are suppressing democracy when you do so -- even if there are people (usually of the opposite party) who may agree with your classification. I personally donate to several of the groups you classify as spam and your action is most definitely wrong.

Add a range of dates as a Filter criterion
In order to transfer a large number of old e-mails into a folder that contains e-mails over a range of dates, it would be helpful to add a range of dates as filter criteria.

You have recently started rejecting email with URL links. This means I can no longer use your email service as I have for over 20 years because items like "Password Reset" never get to me.
I do not believe you want this to be the case. I can not reach anybody to discuss this. Maybe this will work?

Why cant I pay an annual amount (5 x 12 = 60). I don't want you in my card account every month. It would also be less costly for Yahoo to administer a once-yearly fee than a monthly fee.

Ability to Rename / Move folders with subfolders
I would like the ability to reorganize my email by Renaming / Moving folders that have subfolders. This includes moving them under another existing folder or up to a higher level. Currently I have to manually recreate the folders where I want them and manually move the files which is very time consuming. Reorganization is necessary as my needs change over time. This is basic functionality that is oddly missing!

The new Yahoo is deleting some messages and NOT putting them in the Trash folder so I can get them back out of Trash. On 11/10 and 11/11.

If I can't find an email I'm looking for, I check the Trash folder to see if I deleted it by mistake. In the past two days, this has happened twice, once just a few minutes after I read the message.

Disposible Addresses require hyphen.
Disposible Addresses require hyphen. Many institutions do not allow hyphens in the email addresses I provide them renderring the disposible address useless for these sites. Yahoo should look at solutions that do not require a hyphen for these situations.
