  3. Cannot use this platform whatsoever

    You request help and it sends you in a loop of trying to help yourself with things that dont help at all, theres no way to call or email without paying them even if you have been using it for over 15 years, theres no way to recover an account because you can't talk to anyone and if you want to talk to someone you have to pay but to pay you have to sign in which you can't do because the whole reason you need to talk to them is to be able to log in. Literally the worst…

    Could you stop emails from regular contacts going to spam please. I missed 5 emails and lost income and clients due to this. It would be helpful if the spam folder could show notifications. My spam folder rarely receives anything. However this week 5 short e-mail messages with no attachments from regular contacts were put in spam folder. This has caused me great problems.

  9. Ability to report 'recovery' emails that are not yours?!

    I had to remove two emails from my account that were somehow linked without my permission.

    I recommend people check their recovery emails for people trying to abuse the recovery system to get access to your account. I tried reporting it but this whole you need Yahoo+ to even report potential hacks is bull.

  11. Allow old phone #s to be removed. Every time i get a new phone you want to send confirmation to a old number!

    Just allow easy removal or auto update to new number. Having the email + password can't get me in because YOU PEOPLE keep wanting to send confirmation to a # that is DEAD, disconnected, "no longer in service",& GONE! Please help!

  12. Update your system verification process

    Your verification process sucks! Each time I try to login I am asked to verify my new phone but the code never gets sent. I've tried and tried until the systems says "You've exceeded your limit, try again tomorrow." People don't have that kind of time to spend trying to receive a code from you to verify their information. The system needs fixing.

  13. I GOT 2 MAILS IN MONGOLIAN LANGUAGE THAT SAYS MY EMAIL WILL EXPIRE

    I got emails regarding email expiration that shows it's from yahoo itself and mention ticket-related stuff that I'm not aware of. It was not in English but turned out it was Mongolian stuff I don't know how.

  14. HACKER is controlling all aspects of my Yahoo and contacts

    I was hacked May 2022 by a 'Yahoo' request to verify my account and from this I was not only blocked from my account but contacting Yahoo did not resolve the issue. Changing the password via Yahoo did not help and I now find amazingly that if I get a contact to give me their details and try sending from a completely different provider that email is blocked so effectively I have to telephone get every one to email me first at my new provider

  19. until a short time ago i was notified when someone liked or replied to my posts and given the option of looking at the conversation. not now

    make it easier to change what kind of notifications you receive and make it easier to respond to answers to comments. i went from being able to to not and never changed anything in my account.

  20. adding zero on my phone number for verification

    whenever I'm trying to add my phone number to send security code, it keeps adding "0" (zero) to my number
    example I'm adding (+63) 912 345 6789, then when I confirm, it seems the phone number has been added a "0" (zero) like (+63) 0912 345 6789
    now I can't receive my security code because the number is now WRONG
    when I'm trying it again, still the same problem, until I don't have any attempts left for the day. it's annoying and not helping, please fix this
