  3. Cannot change password! Not happy! You boffins are making yahoo mail hard to use!

    Make it easier to change passwords!
    Impossible to change password and cannot get human help outside US!
    Terrible service! I am close to abandoning Yahoo Mail. My contact emails do no longer work with Yahoo Mail for some reason! Very faarking difficult!

  5. 2-step verification is not working on Intel-based Macs in Chrome or Safari

    I have been using 2-step verification to protect my account for a while now but recently it stopped working altogether when attempting to login using either Chrome or Safari on an Intel-based Mac (there is no app for Intel-based Macs, which is a problem in itself).   17. Email installation in Mojave crashes the system

    Trying to install the Yahoo account on Mojave OSX and it works until I confirm not to be a robot and then after I put in the Password, it crashes the MAIL client from apple. Further more, Yahoo thinks that action was succesful and sends you an email to another account to confirm that someone has setup an new account. This is a bummer and will never happen with Google. Seems that a woman is running the company, forgive me but its pretty tough these days to speak to humans. I like someone to help to reinstall that Yahoo account.…

    Had to remove account, because outgoing server did not work any longer. Then I lost all Yahoo Mail in my Mac Mail Client on all my computers. Then I tried to reinstall YAHOO and I tried this on new systems as well, it always comes up with the account error occurred. Google account work, no problem. Yahoo is like pulling teeth.   19. Trying to add a valid GMAIL mailbox as a recovery email, Yahoo says is invalid.

    One of my recovery emails is no-longer valid, but Yahoo says that this is my account username and it cannot be removed- but it isn't my account user name. Also, when I try to add a valid GMAIL account, Yahoo says that the email address is invalid and won't let me add it. The email address is valid, and is not a Yahoo account.
