My credit card is being abused by a thief and I suspect "they" are into my email, too.
I don't understand. Did you suspect someone else was using my account?
My wallet was stolen sometime back and of course I'm having issues with my old debit/credit card. Is this what you're referring to?I would never list my sign in code anywhere although I haven't changed it in some time. I probably should do that right?

When I changed my password I was not asked to "confirm new password".
How about a dialog box that asks you to type your new password in again to confirm it.

Recent phone number porting scams completely compromising 2-step authentication for email & other accounts
With the recent phone number porting scam happening with carriers such as Verizon, 2 step authentication security can easily be compromised, along with email security. Please add Yubikey in the list of 2FA authentication methods or at least the option to have my own Authenticator app that is generating the 6 Digit Code.

stop monetizing everything!
You can improve YAHOO Mail. Spam not even addressed to me fills my account and I have to pay a monthly fee to get yahoo help! So done with you. Truly believe this is because I refused to 'upgrade' my mail account. So tired of y'all. After many years, I am in the process of cancelling for good.

It would be helpful to be able to BLOCK a user that hacked into my account from the Recent Activity screen
add "Block" button to Recent Activity page so unrecognized/hacker can be blocked from further attempts to hack into one's Yahoo account.
