    AI will be making users life more difficult than easier for sometime to come. No longer can you get a simple question answered online without spending an hour clicking through useless comments from anyone BUT the company themselves. You will have to pay in order to receive the luxury consumers once knew as "customer service". Heaven forbid id you click any link to another account page as you will have to login in and go through security checks again (unless you disable the security features put in place to secure your account to begin with).     Emails using onmicrosoft.com are bypassing spam filters and bombarding emails. They appear to be a subscribe list which does not Uniscribe you but increases the bombardment.
