Someone has changed my personal info and it is not changeable for me. Fix this!! I have been hacked

Fix your program so that I can fix my account. As it is a hacker is the only one that change it. Almost all of my info is incorrect.

    My mail comes with DHL Express added, I changed my password, but efforts to change my name has failed

    Some one is using my yahoo email and has gotten my bank info his name i John T. There also numerous password changes I never did.
