How can we improve Yahoo Member Center?

I already pay for NO ADs and yet I continue to get them when I go to the Yahoo news site.

I pay for NO Ads and yet I continue to get ads in all my feeds. What the heck am I paying for????? Pain in the Butt and offensive. It is very unnerving getting all these useless ads that I abhor.
