Someone keeps trying to log into my email and I'm fairly confident they're using a VPN to appear to appear that they're in the US.
Instead of just multi factor authentication, there should be an option to block IP addresses. I know with a VPN they'll be able to constantly change, but after 3 different attempts in less than 24 hours I think another layer of protection would not hurt.
