How can we improve Yahoo Member Center?

i dont believe i should have to call a paid number to just change my phone number on my account, because i cant access the old number

im trying to put yahoo mail on my new phone, But you keep asking to text my old number , of which i No longer can access

    i sat oon your paid for number for almost 1/2 a hour before i hung up
