unable to delete recovery email address and contact number

the page instantly refreshes and does nothing when clicking the edit button beside the email that needs to be edited/removed. does nothing afterwards. how to solve this issue?

    how do i remove the number i use to create my yahoo mail,,as it is used by someone else to steal into my account

    I see that there are similar issues posted here but this security issue is still not resolved. Can somebody from Yahoo! team do something about this, please?
