Security and optional emails
Why is yahoo requesting me to change my password every week, it seems. It is almost as if someone is changing my password behind the scenes and I can't get into my own account. Then, on one screen it is asking if I want to send the code to an email to an email address that I already deleted from the profile. Later, when I got back into my yahoo email, I did not see that email account that I already deleted, but just a few minutes ago, it was just showing up an an email associated for security purposes. I don't get it. I am very concerned that the other email that I never use (from an old AOL account) has been assigned to someone else or else someone is using it to change my email password on this end. I don't know anything about this, but I get suspicious as to what is happening. I know I am entering the right password and it doesn't work, then it tells me to change the password. Also, when I go into my recent activity page, I do not see any suspicious activity or else I only see about 2 or 3 recent activity entries. Is it possible or feasible for a hacker to go into the recent activity and delete any activity that is suspicious?

It is so hard to explain. My question seems to make no sense.
