Inprove people hacking my account

I hate when people hack my account to get info or steal data it happens all the time with Google Gmail I hate it it's the easiest to hack even face book and I'm tired of it Google should be sued for breaching reasons they say that Google is the most best but how if it can be breached

    Please some one help me with this issue and how to secure my phone from hackers stealing data or wifi use they can even get in thru Bluetooth I hate this
