Fix account recovery verification
ENOUGH with the looping BS. Foir account recovery email we are sent a code, we enter that code from the recovery email.
Then we are sent to the recovery email to get the code authentication and bounced back and forth like this between the two **** emails just to get a notice in both "ACCOUNT HEALTH CHECK" 1 issue found dealing with adding the Recovery Email, and then told to add the other email as the recovery email for the previous and back and forth in an endless LOOP!!!!!!!!!
And to get you guys and gals to fix it, we have to pay for more features including just a basic customer service to fix this problem despite you are paid through all the **** ads we are shown and some of us have been with Yahoo since Yahoo literally BEGAN in 1994!
Of course we have also had to change email account names and such ourselves because of "security breeches" on your end and you now can't even resolve something like this?
No one in their right mind is going to pay for services when basic things like this are messed up and now you all go Zuckerberg on us. NOT cool.
