option for second family authenticator for elderly, disabled and others with need
an extra autheticator method for an account holder who uses Carers because they deserve to do it themselves or when they are in need such as in Hospital or impaired. Their device may be unavailable yet the Carer is. The password is still required and the Carer wont have it hence its a secure method.
