Your service lately is very poor, Customer Service sucks. I have been with you over 30 years and never had the ******** i am going thru now.
you guys are losing customers at a alarming rate, if you want to lose a few more just keep your customer servicer just as is. And to get any help it will cost you money for nothing, i think CS messes up your accounts just so you have to pay them to fix it. 30 years and no problems until this year
