I am currently required to CONSTANTLY login to my Yahoo accounts (through the account prompt for userid/password) in Outlook, even though I have the app password feature setup for them. This just started a week ago and it is super annoying. However, what is even more annoying is that I cannot contact anyone to even report this problem. The only option seems to be to pay $5 PER MONTH to get any attention to this. I don't see any value for paying this much every month for an occasional issue that is clearly something caused by Yahoo. I am being asked to pay Yahoo for its own mistakes. Not a good customer experience at all. Offer an option to report these issues without being charged.
