B.S. saying this for our protection
I demand that you quit making us proving we are who we say we are. I know no one else with yahoo accounts that are being put through this ****. Prove we are not robots and then go to another means to get a code to put on a page to be able to log in. This is wrong and the lady I spoke to I do not believe that this is for our protection. So stop it and let us just go back to logging in with your systems problems. I am reporting this to the federal government for this just wrong.

Please stop making us jump through loops just to log in. We already had to change both of our passwords and that did not help. I am sure you are not making all yahoo customers do what you are making us do. And it is just wrong. It is not a matter of inconvenience as much as a problem. What if we did not have a cellphone or some other way to verify who we are? So stop it and let us get back to using our email without your ****!
