    I want you to go back to the old system. I cannot figure out a dang thing with this new system. What do I have to do to make you do so or who do I have to contact to make this demand? This new look and everything about is just too darn confusing and messy. Either go back or we will have to switch who we will work with. I have been complaining for some time on this and no one from your system has even shown me the curtesy to respond. My wife's and my adult children's yahoo email accounts have not changed along many others so why are you doing this to mine? I do know however others who have this mess that you created and they have already gone to gmail and outlook and I will be next. So, contact me very, very soon.

    You tried this not too long ago and I said then I did not like it and so you went back to it. Now you decided to play your games and once again I am telling you to go back. I am sure some like this but I do not and I want to go back to the old version. I do not know which are unread and which ones I have done something with already. You also took away my files such as delete, spam and a few others which makes no sense to me so another argument to go back to the old version. For your customers who like or want something new fine give it to them but for those of us who have already said no then go back to the old version and don't ask again or ***** around with our minds. Just let us have our emails. Also, you make enough money from your investors that you should have some way that we can contact you for customer support without having to pay every other organization does but yahoo has gotten way too greedy and stuck on themselves. So, while I can provide feedback you can add that too.

    Please stop making us jump through loops just to log in. We already had to change both of our passwords and that did not help. I am sure you are not making all yahoo customers do what you are making us do. And it is just wrong. It is not a matter of inconvenience as much as a problem. What if we did not have a cellphone or some other way to verify who we are? So stop it and let us get back to using our email without your ****!
