How can we improve Yahoo Member Center?

I SIGN IN TO YAHOO ACCOUNT, ENTER EMAIL AND PASSWORD BUT THEN MAIL ICON AT RIGHT HAND OF MAIN PAGE quickly DISAPPEARS PREVENTING ME TO GET I

Fix sign into mail, I sign in with account and password it takes me to main yahoo home page but then the signin and Mail ICon QUICKLY disappears PREVENTING ME FROM SIGNING in to mail
Please Fix, I have checked all settings on my computer ITS NOT ME ITS YAHOO.COM.. I am about to change mail carrier if not fixed you lose me as a customer

    FIX HOMEPAGE ICON for signin to mail It disappears quickly preventing getting in to MAIL
