When you log in to your Yahoo account on a new computer, it forces to verify your identity through an email or a text; EVEN if you have 2-Step authentication turned off. There should be an option to not require additional verification on a new computer. I have to use the library's computer, so it is always a new computer, and do not always have my cell phone on me. In this case, there is no way to log in, as the only other option is to send an email to another Yahoo account, which will require the same authentication.
