How can we improve Yahoo Member Center?

I cannot assign my recovery phone number to the my yahoo account. I didnt receive a code.

I wanted to add a recovery phone number to my yahoo account. When add my phone number it says "we sent a code" but my phone doesnt receive any message, code. tried several times. No success.
