You can actually hace live peiople answer the phone to answer simple querstions. But you want to charge a fee for that
I want to know why Yahoo Finance and my portfolio pages are so slow. The pages load superslow and I have to constantly refresh them to get them to load. I do not want to pay a premium for services that I do not need and in a format that I may not like. It seems like Yahoo is making my (and I am sure others) format hard to deal with to try and force us to upgrade. That is a lousy way to treat a customer. Also, I would like to know why when I click on the comments section so I can reply to a news article the page sometimes never appears and I am unable to comment. Is that also intentional by yahoo? Seems like I will just have to find a more user friendly internet provider.
Yahoo service has dropped sharply and personal customer service seems not existent.
