The ability to respond to comments is severely lacking, it's basically impossible.
I don't know why there is a button to reply to a comment when it just directs you back to the comment section and put the most recent comments up top. It almost feels deliberate.

Please introduced your cloud drive so we can't depend on google drive, every time I need to send large files via email then I have to use google drive and then paste the link of google drive into Yahoo email. Either fix the app password generator or eliminate the feature from the account security interface
The app password generator is essential to access Yahoo email from Microsoft Outlook. But the app password generator has been non-functional for months. The Yahoo account security web interface should reflect this, and stop giving false hope to myself and other Outlook users.

Generate app password, feature is not working, when it will be fixed...
I have been trying to generate an app password for Outlook Desktop but there is no drop down for apps and when I manually enter Outlook Desktop I get the message:
Sorry, this feature is not available at present.
This is fine but I have been trying now for 2 days and still no joy.

Allow us DIRECT access to converse in Yahoo Comments AGAIN
For a short while in February, we could read a reply to our comment, then go RIGHT TO that reply to respond. Then the functionality was shut down again.
Why do we have to scroll through literal HOURS of comments to find something we want to respond to? It's surprising how stupid that is in 2023. Especially when it wasn't like that for a few weeks. Why remove the feature?774th ranked -

Since I got a new phone, I can't sign in using my new phone. I also cannot sign in using my hotmail recovery account. I finally signed in with my gmail account.
I checked my yahoo account info and the new phone was there. Also, my hotmail account was there.

Improve the SPAM filter
I have been using Yahoo mail almost from the creation of Yahoo. Never have I experienced a continuous inundation of SPAM as I am currently. And to have a message pop up as I mark the item as SPAM "inviting" me to spend for Yahoo+ to get better SPAM blocking makes me think that Yahoo is intentionally not blocking the SPAM as to push me to pay for something that should be provided anyway. Do not make email address the unchangeable user name
My account user name turns out to be an email account that I closed years ago. Now I can't delete the email address that I no longer have access to because Yahoo made it my unchangeable account user name. Did it not occur to Yahoo that people need to change email address for reasons like no longer owning that email address?

Yahoo flagging suspicious activity when there isn't any
3 days in a row yahoo isn't letting me log in because of suspicious activity detected by Yahoo, yet there is absolutely nothing suspicious logged in activity. It's getting old logging into a different email just to get a login code for yahoo mail.
