  5. Every step you take within Yahoo, you must loging again...and again... and again. Stupid? Yes!

    My date of birth is correct in my account as Oct. 11, XXXX, but Yahoo displays it as Oct. 10, XXXX. Why?

  6. I decided to use Yahoo two-step verification.

    I signed up for two-step ID. Yahoo gave a notify your Iphone? option. But it never notified me. Then there was at the bottom in blue "I need more options". After clicking that for the last month or two it allowed me to id my phone and Yahoo sent me the code. Today the additional options is replaced with go to help. I was finally given the option of a qr code. In trying that it failed. So I was able to use my backup (non-Yahoo) email go in and "upgraded" my account to no longer use two-step id!

    my personal account i used it from many years i forget their password now not able to take back that account due to this problem my facebook id was also blocked because facebook have to verify it through yahoo and currently they have stopeed the services of ymail in pakistan

    Many years ago when typing my name into my Yahoo account, I made a small mistake, and there has been no way to fix it! It's embarrassing when I send emails, and it appears as if I write my own name incorrectly.

  14. Allow 'Device Codes' to be edited, so that its more meaningful. No idea what the codes are, or where to look for them.

    The 6 letter codes mean nothing to me, and I suspect belong to old tec that I have disposed of. How do I add a NEW tablet or laptop?

  20. Complaint-Mike Yahoo Operator ID#14205067

    Customer service complaint in regards to a horrible experience with Mike Operator ID#: 14205067 on a recorded call on 3/5/2023 at 10:28PM. Horrible customer service, refused to place me on hold and connect me with a supervisor to address my concerns regarding his service. He has poor listening skills and just sounded like a broken recorded reading a script and then hung up on me at 10:50pm. Check history as I will seek this matter further. This is unacceptable and he has violated the CA telephone act on this recorded call.
