2. Opening email but can't delete messages. A "hand" icon shows up instead of a pointer

   Hi
   I've been having a problem with my email using a PC using Windows 10.
   I open the app and instead of taking me to my Inbox I get a message "Page Not Available".
   Below that is a button for "Go to Inbox".
   Clicking on it gets me to my Inbox and I am able to view my messages but when I try to delete, respond or any similar action, nothing happens.
   I notice that when I try to do one of these actions the mouse is displaying a "hand" rather than a "arrow pointer".
   I believe it should be a pointer.
   Anybody have any ideas on how to fix?

    Yahoo is really screwed up. I want to delete my account. I follow the account delete instructions to the letter, but always get the message, "Uh oh, looks like something went wrong.
