My account settings specify "English" as language - yet the whole interface, the "news" and all ads are in German. WHY?
When setting language "X" in personal info - make sure the interface, ads and the news REALLY ARE in that language that was specified. I mean, how hard can it be? Also - wasn't a problem in the past, so it CAN be fixed!

I have a complaint regarding deleting my account
So far I have been on hold for an hour waiting on a supervisor regarding my account being deleted. The customer service representative stated that I have to look for articles to delete my account. I did that and still when I tried to delete my account the page says " uh oh something went wrong try again later ". Now the rep wants to charge 12.99 for my call, what is going on ? Currently it is 9:06 pm and still no supervisor. I feel bad for this representative because I will not hang up until this issue is…

You need a place to Edit the Verification Methods. I have a new phone but the description is still the old phone. I can't change it.
Need to have Edit for the phone description when we get a new phone. It shouldn't go by the phone number to think it is still the old phone. This is under Verification Methods.
