    Why did my name change? That can confuse recipients of my emails. My maiden surname from another mail address appeared as my name and I cannot change it. some emails are sent with one name, others with another. Why? I should be Liliya Ward (not Lily Khasanova)

  2. I need an email provider that doesn't demand a dam CELL PHONE!

    Like many others here, I DO NOT HAVE A CELL PHONE!

    I am 82YO, I have no family & no job, I'm on a low fixed income & cannot afford a cell phone, WHAT'S WRONG WITH MY LANDLINE????
    I am locked out of my stashgal666@google.com email service, I now have NO EMAIL SERVICE! I need a email provider now!

  3. Making things work right!

    Not an idea! This needs to be fixed! The weather information keeps showing Stevens Point for my forecast location! I live in Wausau, Wi and that is where I want my weather information from. I've tried changing locations about 20 time already thru your program, gets irratating to reset every time I want to check the weather!

  5. the correct spelling of my last name

    it appears that yahoo will not allow me to spell my name correctly. it is Chadick and not Chadwick which it will allow. can that be fixed?

    When I am logged in, my Yahoo pages need be in my language. Just because I am temporarily in Puerto Rico on business does not mean I wish to have or am even able to read the Spanish language site "espanol.yahoo.com"

    I'm trying to use forgot password but it gives me "Uh-oh...
    We can’t sign you in right now. Please try again in a while."
    I'm trying to call on 1-800-305-7664 but it says help isn't available in my are and I'm from Georgia. Since I didn't had phone number attached and had mail.ru as recovery mail I'm unable to recover my yahoo mail. Either add region into help or do something to fix this issue . no email should be unrecoverable.
