I am having problems sending and receiving emails but its like chasing my tail, I just am sent round and round in circles. I think the only thing to do is delete my account and open a new one

Why, as a subscriber, don't I get better support when I've got a problem? 99.99% of the time, Yahoo is brilliant, but when you have a problem, it's dire. I had to turn to Goggle to get an answer. Surely that bothers you?

All that I changed was my Nickname. Now I cannot post to anything.
All that I changed was my Nickname. Now I cannot post to anything. I open an article, I try to post. It says 'Log In'. I hit Login. The page flashes and refreshes. I still cannot post. I tried 'Sign up'. Same result. It just loops and loops and loops. If I change my nickname back to the old one everything works. Its obvious Yahoo does not care.

How can I change my username to include capital letters? The lowercase "j" looks like an "i" and I am missing work emails as a result.

user name (from and in settings)
The name with shows in the "from" address when users send emails should match their name in settings. My last name is not capitalized correctly which is different than how I have it in settings. Or, at least have the option to select what the users name is that will show when sending emails.

yahoo calendar name change
My name is correct when I look under "manage account," and it is correct in signed outgoing emails. However, when I add an event to my yahoo calendar, it shows my previous married last name! I hate it and can't figure out how to change it.
