  8. Free online/email support does not exist.

    I have issue to log in to my account but there is no free online support via email or chat box. There is chat box but it does not help. Your service page with various hints does not help either. I did not find any tips how to sove my issue. I beliver it can be resolved only by removing current signing in method. Why i have to pay for VIP service for one time issue or call international number (I do not live in US). Was very surprised and dissapointed that there is no email of technical support

  9. where is my payment info? You didn't even send a message that I was going to be charged!

    I wake up and find that Yahoo debited my bank account.
    No notification.
    You could have sent an email!
    (You do provide an email service; why not use it)
    I have spent a half hour trying to find where my ACCOUNT INFO is located and how I can update my payment information, for example I did not want my bank debited.
    What kind of operation do you have?
    Is it time to convert to GMAIL?

  14. "Support" is useless

    Support is useless. They won't let you send an email to fix an issue. My location on the hompage is always incorrect. I have lived in this same town for 20 years and should not have to manually change it ever!!! It is always on allowed to know location. This needs to be fixed!! Not to mention, I have to REsign in to the account I am CLEARLY ALREADY SIGNED INTO in order to leave feedback. Yahoo is spiraling & I'm disgusted by it!!! I've had this account since I was 13!!!!! This is unacceptable.

    I order many items , And each item has different dates for arrival , well I have to open each email every time to see if it is the one coming on a certain date. Example : I have 15 items I ordered from Amazon at different times , Each have different arrival dates.
