  1. "Support" is useless

    Support is useless. They won't let you send an email to fix an issue. My location on the hompage is always incorrect. I have lived in this same town for 20 years and should not have to manually change it ever!!! It is always on allowed to know location. This needs to be fixed!! Not to mention, I have to REsign in to the account I am CLEARLY ALREADY SIGNED INTO in order to leave feedback. Yahoo is spiraling & I'm disgusted by it!!! I've had this account since I was 13!!!!! This is unacceptable.

    I order many items , And each item has different dates for arrival , well I have to open each email every time to see if it is the one coming on a certain date. Example : I have 15 items I ordered from Amazon at different times , Each have different arrival dates.     Yahoo is continuing to try to charge me for Norton Security when I did not ask for, did not want and never ordered. BEST OF ALL....I HAVE McAFEE.....not Norton. I have explained nicely that this is an error, yet a charge continues to be submitted for Norton. Quite fortunately, there was no money in my account when they submitted the last charge so I did not lose out any money. It is less than six bucks but that is hardly the point.   15. Mail is deleting itself in the inbox

    Yahoo mail is deleting every single email in my inbox whenever I click to read the first message. I had to switch back to Basic Email to stop it. So, apparently Yahoo has a bug in their systtem that is affecting some users with this new email system they may have just updated. Apparently the update has included a bug in it that deletes all youe inbox emails and then will not let you read them or restore them from the trash folder. Yahoo's tech support is absolutely useless in this matter.
