I just had a 20 minute convo with Sia in Yahoo CS. She was fabulous, but defenseless against my anger at Yahoo's Lazy, Lax, Inattentive and Unresponsive actions to its members. My issue for > 1 year has been that every time I call Yahoo, the rep tells me my account is "Inaccessible," but NO ONE AT ANY LEVEL of Yahoo can tell me why? I have opened my account after a long gap and founf no emails in the mailbox. I do not remember deleting them and did not get any warning about clearing it. Could I get any explanation about it?

Fix your INaccu-weather for the user's actual location. I have never been in Winslow AZm but that is what your system insists on giving

Wrong location for weather in Yahoo!
Yahoo! weather shows the forecast for Boston, hundreds of miles away and somewhere I have not been. I have never even been close to Boston. Under the forecast is an option to update locations but it takes me to where I can change my profile picture, birthdate, etc but location is not an option.

Why is my device location 100's of miles away from my actual location? This glitch is impacting the "local" news on my yahoo page.
