  1. Why do you require 2 phone numbers and an email address?

    Why do you require 2 phone numbers and an email address for 2-step verification? I REALLY don't want to give you that much information that can be stolen in a data breach and then sold on the dark web! That's ridiculous. There's NO WAY Yahoo needs THAT much information just to add 2-step verification. A phone number or a single email address is enough!

  16. Warn users that all their emails are going to be deleted if their account isn't logged into for 12 months.

    Yahoo don't notify users that they will delete all emails if the account isn't logged into for 12 months. This is a terrible way to treat users and their important emails and contacts. I don't want to use this platform again.
