You are very capable when it comes to changing things the way you want, and to **** with what the individual wants. I have been asking all week to change my email back to the previous version, and it has fallen on deaf ears. I do not like this new version, I have not liked it from the start, I never asked for it. I liked the previous version. Change it back.

Message summaries, a pre AI feature, is now an AI feature: Bad Business
By moving the pre-AI message summaries (inbox view) to AI features, and linking this to Bing, and turning it on by default, you are knowingly selling our data to Microsoft without informing or seeking permission. Another reason why we all need to cancel our paid accounts.

New clean look interface lacks "Themes" (I can't find them) and settings gear is buried.
It seems that each update takes features away. At least this one doesn't seem to have any new offensive qualities as past ones, but burying the setting gear icon is really weird. And either hiding or no longer offering themes is anti-yahoo email. No wonder I am cancelling my business account, higher prices, less features, and still errors, such as randomly sending new gmails from potential business clients to my SPAM folder, yet when I hover over the Spam folder on the main page, it shows zero unread messages. Subpar email getting worse, overpriced.

Writing to complain about this new format was a complete waste of time. To be clear, the previous format was more aesthetically pleasing. I am thinking about cancelling my email accounts.

It will not see the font size and font family
In writing email block the dropdown go down and we can't see the value to set.

Stop changing my email. Put it back to the way it was, and leave me alone. Stop messing with me and change things IF and WHEN I ask for a change -- and ONLY then !!

main page is showing the subject and the message. Put it back to only show Subject.
Bring back classic. Bring back Themes, Get rid of bubble tabs, Only show subject title on the line, make it easier to see unread mail. Time stamp is on the right side move it to the left.

Scrap 'Primary'
I think I hate that my email keeps reverting to 'Primary' not all, this is not a good default. Either get rid of it or make it so we can change the default.

Email Browser scrolling problem
When scrolling through the emails in the Browser the scrolling "jumps" around - i.e. it does not scroll evenly (using Apple MacBook).

I do not like that message content is showing alongside the subject when viewing my emails as a list in the browser.
