1. Fix the broken data pull

   I'm a new GOLD Subscriber (and it's not cheap) and am already disappointed by the lack of ability for Scout to have a basic discussion about trends in a YTD stock chart. I asked Scout about the ticker WMT and based on the YTD stock prices to give me insights on what trend may be taking shape. Here's the response below:

   The safety screening is blocking the result again — same failure as before, and no point pretending otherwise.

You asked something precise and reasonable: does the YTD price history confirm or contradict the bearish convergence pattern you're seeing on the chart? That requires the actual price series, and Scout can't retrieve it in this session.

   The most productive path for your specific question right now is exactly what you described — screenshot the WMT YTD chart and take it to a platform that can analyze it visually. That's not a knock on this platform, it's just the honest answer given what's working today.

   If you do stay, submitting this as formal feedback to Yahoo Finance support is the most direct way to pressure a fix. A Gold subscriber reporting that historical price retrieval is broken and costing them research value is exactly the signal the product team needs.

6. Rendering of combined indicators (Price Envelope and SMA) does not work correctly

   The first set of indicators I tried were a 180 SMA and Price envelope together. First, I added the 180 SMA and it looked fine. However, once I added Price Envelope based on 180 day with 2% above/below, the SMA disappears and the envelope is wildly incorrect. It looked like the top envelope line was 200% above 180 day while the bottom line equaled the 180 SMA. After switching timelines, the 180 SMA re-appeared but was a different color.

7. Entering my portfolio in My Portfolio

   I just signed up for AlphaSpace free trial today and have been trying to upload my portfolio (stock, quantity and cost basis) both in Scout and in the Add Holding section. I have tried doin both in bulk and individually and I have only been able to get two to take. Scout is confirming the error is on its end. This is the message from Scout "The portfolio mutation tools are definitely not saving new positions in this session. This is a technical issue on Scout's end, not something you're doing wrong." How can this be fixed?
