    I just experienced an issue with Yahoo I cannot retrieve my account I went to help it directed me a yahoo representative to the Philippines customer service name was Sharon she would not provide me her ID number she said she couldn’t she was trying to collect $15 so she could go further with my car to help me to retrieve my yahoo account again unfortunately I’m in a financial hardship I explain it to her I have no monies I was starting to like Yahoo I’m a new customer I told her the truth so she needed to hear me out that I’m living in a motel due to the coronavirus waiting on housing I’m not able to sign onto my get my passcode I tried going through the Internet it wouldn’t help me because they said my number doesn’t match I have a new phone number I did provide everything needed to know and verify that it’s my account unfortunately this is not good news for me today that nobody cares what I’m going through just trying to reactivate my account this is not the way to do business and this young lady on the Philippine should’ve took initiative and help me whatever way she could I don’t find this to be good customer service I understand you are running a service but this top moment of time I was in a financial hardship and just needing assistance which this one call would’ve not affect your budget
