    This is awful on so many levels. I can't see my emails it because of the format awful. I cannot see the subject line because of the AI description which is cumbersome and inaccurate. I have used this email for ages and will leave if I am not able to return to a more user friendly version. I'm upset about this!

    The new version is very difficult to read! please offer an option to return to older format.
