    My name is Cindy Bowen. I am going to limit my fb-ing and phone-in-hand perusing to once in the morning and once before bed. 10-20 minutes. The rest of the times throughout the day when I would have my stupid phone in my hand, I will have a paperback instead. Time to get back to intelligent reading. Good stories. Time to feed my brain again, like I used to before phone-in-hand! Time to ween mysrlf off of all the mindless ****!
