    it seems as though 3/4 of my email is being sent to spam - I brought 50 emails back in and only left 1 in the spam folder. ID'ing something as not spam does not seem to protect it from being sent to spam the next time. It is easy to name something spam -- how do we UN-NAME it?

    It is not helpful to send everything to spam!!
