And to Michael Lapine's comment - just as an FYI... RB's/WR's do get points when they act as a QB.

First off... a lot of you are still not getting the concept. It would be impossible to draft a back-up quarterback. Your "QB" position is a team. So using Washington as the example - if you take them for your QB, you get Cousins, RG3 and McCoy. Combined, they are considered one player - and neither back-up could be individually drafted.

That said, while there is no real advantage for TeamQB format - other than it is a softer friendlier version of FF. If you were starting a league with a lot of people that had never played - it would be worth considering. The first couple years I played FF, this was the format and it made things a little easier in getting acclimated.

But for the average somewhat experienced player - individual QB's is definitely more competitive. As with any position or game - sometimes you win, sometimes you lose. Sometimes your players get injured, and sometimes they play and don't do squat anyway. That's the nature of FF. (Plus - its a nice bonus when your opponent's QB goes down in the first quarter! haha)

Plain and simple - there should be a way to perform 3-way trades. The current problems are (1) the only way to do it is to get the verbal agreement/commitment from the other two players. If one trade goes through, and the other player decides to change his mind... somebody gets screwed. Or simiilarly (2), with leagues that require trade approvals - they could allow one trade to go through and not the 2nd-half... again screwing over one or more players.
