    I have the same issue on my iphone4S. System is 9.3.5. I get as follow error massage when blank white screen.

    void SendDelegateMessage(NSInvocation *): delegate (webView:decidePolicyForNavigationAction:request:frame:decisionListener:) failed to return after waiting 10 seconds. main run loop mode: kCFRunLoopDefaultMode

    I look for some solutions but within my ability. Hope this helps.
