I absolutely agree. The worst part being that I, my family, and my friends been giving them feedback since 1998 and they have ignored every word. It first slid off the rails when they became publicly traded. Investors have a knack for driving companies into the ground, normally while attempting to get a very small (less than 2 percent) increase in profits.
