    agreed. what the h*** is going on. yahoo lets people indicate their problems - but does not provide help to solve the issues

    Yahoo should not just let people with problems like those listed here be posted. YAHOO SHOULD ALSO REACH OUT AND HELP RESOLVE THE ISSUES.

    Hi. My yahoo acct is DOA! I cannot invoke inbound mail to open when the mouse crosses them. There is a blue dot in front of EVERY piece of inbound mail. I cannot activate the "Write a letter key. The various depts - archive, move, delete, spam - are not responsive. I have never had this problem before. Your helpfulness would be appreciated. Thx.
