I should also add that Basketball Reference's Position Estimates shows 72% of his minutes were played at PG, while only 28% at SG for their opener against Boston:
    https://www.basketball-reference.com/players/r/richajo01.html#all_pbp

Seems like all arrows are pointing in the direction of him playing a lot of PG and little to no SF this year.

The 76ers coach Brett Brown has stated that Josh Richardson will have back-up PG duties:
    https://sixerswire.usatoday.com/2019/10/13/brett-brown-gives-thoughts-on-josh-richardson-as-backup-point-guard/

During their opener against Boston, Josh was the primary back-up PG and didn't log any minutes at SF according to Basketball Reference. In fact, his position estimate for the game was 72% at PG and 28% at SG:
    https://www.basketball-reference.com/players/r/richajo01.html#all_pbp

So instead of SG/SF, PG/SG would be a more accurate reflection of his role with the 76ers.

Here's an article on the issue from Yahoo Sports:
    https://sports.yahoo.com/why-josh-richardson-sixers-backup-191048827.html

Daily Fantasy Leagues also have given him PG eligibility as well.

Thank you for your time and consideration.

Ben Simmons, his coach, and his organization have repeatedly stated that he will be their starting PG.

    What's the hold up??
