    Allow draft picks to be traded during the draft. Could be kept simple by allowing only trades involving equal number of picks to swap; only 1 for 1, 2 for 2, etc.

    Draft pick times would have to be extended to allow review by balance of managers for fairness. Maybe 2mins gets added to clock if trade is proposed and accepted by two managers (one of whom was already on clock).

    Either that, or a draft pick value chart would have to be created and the picks changing managers would need to be within a range of those values.
