    The draft seems to be able to detect when an owner is not present (there's an icon that shows autodraft). Just pick the player immediately.
    If that's not possible, if the last pick used the full 90 seconds and defaulted to the list, set a flag that shortens the clock to 30 (15?) seconds unless the owner clicks the clock, adding back the remainder of the time.
