  6. Instructions do not work to change password and cannot figure out how to change it. Shouldn't be this difficult to change password. Why cant

    I agree...in a world where you must constantly change your password, why do you make it so difficult? One should NOT have to google the instructions on how to change your password, which by the way, THOSE instructions don't work either... Grrrrrrrrrrrrr.... I hope you can sense the frustration, because i've got it in spades!
