    I am the commissioner of a league that has the exact same problem and have wanted this solution for years. Each spring I check the rules setup and hope that innings max (or max # of starts) is an available option, but no luck so far. Yahoo - please help!

    Couldn't agree more. Even better would be a Starts limit, but an Innings cap would appear to be very simple to implement for the Yahoo programmers.
